Job Summary/Basic Function | The College of Health and Human Services at Clarion University invites applicants for a pool of qualified candidates to fill anticipated part-time temporary faculty positions to teach various on-campus and online graduate and undergraduate courses in Rehabilitation Sciences and Clinical Mental Health/Counseling for the academic years and summer terms of 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21 and 2021-22. All positions are contingent upon the availability of funding. The successful candidate will teach introductory courses in rehab and human services and possibly graduate courses in research, assessment and intervention, and/or theory, and/or human development and professional counseling. |
Required Qualifications | A Master’s Degree in an appropriate discipline such as rehabilitation counseling, intellectual disabilities, children and youth and families, gerontology, addictions treatment, or mental health counseling. |
Preferred Qualifications | Terminal Degree and 2 years experience in a human service setting. Additional relevant related clinical licensure and certifications. |
